For administrative reasons and because the number of visitors has to be strictly limited, priority will be given to bookings made on line.
At all events, you must collect your ticket on the day of your tour from the ticket office in the white Cap Moderne railway carriage at Cap-Martin Roquebrune station (car park on the south side of station), at least ten minutes before your tour is due to start. In case of no show, we reserve the right to allocate places to other persons. Private car Park for our visitors
Visits are by guided tour only and for groups of no more than 12 persons.
The tours are conducted by professionally qualified guides and last about 2 hours.

For safety reasons, babies and children under 7 are not admitted to the site except as part of a Family Tour. The tour includes a visit of Villa E-1027 followed by a tea for children under the pilotis and activities around Le Corbusier, a visit of Etoile de Mer with "The story of the young Robert" and a visit of the Cabanon.

A significant part of the tour takes place outside and there are numerous flights of steps, staircases and changes of level. You should therefore wear walking shoes and clothes suited to the prevailing weather.
No backpacks, umbrellas, pushchairs or any other items our qualified staff consider to be a safety or security hazard may be brought on to the premises.
Bags may be deposited in special lockers at the beginning of the tour.
It is forbidden to smoke, eat or drink on the premises
No pets are admitted.
Only photographs intended for strictly personal use may be taken; the guide will give you an opportunity to do so at frequent intervals
Any photography intended for public distribution or for commercial purposes requires the prior authorization of the rights holders (application to be sent to Cap Moderne). Note that the rights holders are extremely vigilant in this respect and will take legal action against anyone infringing this rule.

Reception and ticket-office in the white Cap Moderne railway carriage at Cap-Martin Roqubrune station (Cabbé district/car park on the south side).
Tours start beside the carriage.
We recommend that you come by rail if possible using the local TER stopping train (TER Nice-Ventimiglia line). On presentation of your rail ticket on arrival at reception, you will receive a complimentary copy of the Archinotes catalogue (one per family).
The station forecourt is not accessible to coaches so groups arriving by this means of transport are advised to alight at another station along the line and then travel on by train to Cap-Martin Roquebrune station.

There are two tours daily from Tuesday to Sunday (no tours on Mondays)
Tours depart at 10 a.m. and 2 p.m.
Approximately 2 hours, including a 500m walk from the station to the entrance.
Tour groups comprise a maximum of 12 persons; prior booking must be made up to the working day prior to the scheduled day of the tour, depending on availability.
Days and times are flexible to meet requests but prior booking is essential so allow plenty of time.

We regret that the present configuration of the complex is not conducive to access for persons with reduced mobility; for this we make our sincere apologies.

Children from 7 to 17 years, families of 4 or more, students, job-seekers, on production of a valid supporting document.
Up to 14 persons: 250 €
Payable at the time of booking.
Where the group comprises more than 14 persons, we are required to call on the services of a second guide, resulting in an additional charge of 250€; the second group would then set off 30 minutes later.
In the event of inclement weather, tours may be cancelled, in which case any advance payments will be refunded.
The Rebutatos may be temporarily in residence during the summer months. Access to the Etoile de Mer and the Holiday Cabins, of which they enjoy the right to private use, may be restricted during this period in order to minimize any disturbance of their peace and quiet.
